Bob Bot is a robot who randomly appeared in episode 10. His origins are still uncertain, but we know that he loves flubs and wants you to look for Barnabas' mistakes and tell him so he can share them on the show (and Barnabas will then be in hot water).
Caw the Crow is a mysterious spy who was recruited to the Good Spy Ring sometime in season 1. He got brainwashed by The Evil Ant once, and did some other things at other times.

Codemaster Cole is the leader of the spy ring the stories in the show focus on. This means, basically, he's the boss of everybody.
Dangerous Dave is the leader of the Bad Spy Ring, aka the boss of the bad guys.
DJ Cryptography is a DJ who runs DJ Cryptography: The Podcast and previously DJ Cryptography's Cracking Code Creations. Enough said.
Emily End is a bad spy who is voiced by Tabitha. She has more jail time then almost any other of the members of the Bad Spy Ring, even though she hasn't committed as many crimes as most of them.
Fred is a police officer who plays a role in several episodes of the show, and has been referred to as "Fred the Dog". This is similar to a character in another show, and there has been a misconception that Fred is a dog, but that is not the case. "Dog" is a nickname.
Peter is a spy who joined the Good Spy Ring while they were traveling in season 3, became a double agent and got inside knowledge on The Secret Society, and his history is still unknown.
Al is the police chief. Not a cat, unless you mean slang for "guy".

Robo Robbie is Bob Bot's brother, if robots have brothers at least. He has appeared once or twice.
Seth is a sloth - I know, weird, isn't it? - who stops crime online. His hacking skills are very underrated.

An evil genius, The Evil and has used gadgets and the power of his brain to take over the show and the world more than once. Wait, that's not true! See, he can even hypnotize people into writing things in his favor!
The New Recruit is a (spoiler alert!) robot who joined the Good Spy Ring but was actually a double agent for the Bad Spy Ring. He created a secret base that the Bad Spy Ring used during season 3. No one will ever really remember his actual name.
